Diesen Beitrag haben wir erstmals im M\u00e4rz 2020 ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Aufgrund der hohen Fallzahlen in fast allen Regionen Deutschlands, \u00d6sterreichs und der Schweiz, ver\u00f6ffentlichen wir diesen Blogbeitrag erneut.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die derzeitige Situation rund um das Coronavirus (COVID-19) und die damit verbundenen Einschr\u00e4nkungen besch\u00e4ftigen viele Unternehmen intensiv. Um die Ausbreitung der Pandemie zu verlangsamen und Mitarbeiter zu sch\u00fctzen, steht die Arbeit aus dem Homeoffice erneut hoch im Kurs.In Deutschland plant man sogar eine Homeoffice-Pflicht.<\/p>\n

In vielen Firmen f\u00fchrt dies jedoch auch zu massiven technologischen und logistischen Problemen, die es erst einmal zu l\u00f6sen gilt. Denn die wenigsten Unternehmen sind wirklich darauf vorbereitet, auf einen Schlag ganze Belegschaften mit dem n\u00f6tigen Equipment f\u00fcr einen sicheren Fernzugriff von zu Hause auszustatten. Und dieser Zugriff ist ganz entscheidend. Schlie\u00dflich z\u00e4hlt die Nutzung von Daten und Anwendungen in den meisten Bereichen zu den Grundvoraussetzungen, um halbwegs effizient von zu Hause aus arbeiten zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Wie also f\u00fcr Abhilfe sorgen? Noch verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig schnell lassen sich in einem Notfall wie der aktuellen \u201eCoronakrise\u201c VPN-L\u00f6sungen (Virtual Private Network) ausrollen. Per VPN-Tunnel l\u00e4sst sich dann beispielsweise vom Notebook aus ein sicherer Zugriff aufbauen.<\/p>\n

Benutzername und Passwort sind zu wenig<\/h4>\n

So zumindest die graue Theorie. Denn gerade, wenn es wie in der jetzigen Situation sehr schnell gehen muss, ist es mit der Sicherheit bei vielen g\u00e4ngigen VPN-L\u00f6sungen n\u00e4mlich so eine Sache. Der Zugriff ist standardm\u00e4\u00dfig h\u00e4ufig nur per Benutzername und Passwort abgesichert. Was bei einem privaten Free-Mail-Account auf den ersten Blick noch ausreichend erscheint, verursacht im Unternehmensumfeld doch recht schnell gr\u00f6\u00dfere Bauchschmerzen. Denn f\u00fcr den Zugriff auf m\u00f6glicherweise gesch\u00e4ftskritische und personenbezogene Daten und Anwendungen darf es in Sachen Zugangssicherheit schon gerne ein bisschen mehr sein\u00a0 \u2013 eine 2-Faktor-Authentifizierung (2FA) zum Beispiel. Auch hier gilt jedoch wieder: Unter Zeitdruck ist es schwierig bis unm\u00f6glich, daf\u00fcr beispielsweise Token oder Smartcards einzuf\u00fchren und die Anwender daf\u00fcr auch noch zu schulen.<\/p>\n

Mit SecurICE schnell und unkompliziert Remote-Verbindungen absichern<\/h4>\n

Schnelle und besonders flexible Soforthilfe kann hier SecurICE<\/strong><\/a> leisten. Mit der L\u00f6sung l\u00e4sst sich in Notf\u00e4llen sofort eine 2-Faktor-Authentifizierung f\u00fcr das Homeoffice einrichten, um etwa den Zugriff vom Homeoffice aus abzusichern. Auf der Anwenderseite wird lediglich ein Smartphone ben\u00f6tigt: SecurICE schickt sowohl Echtzeit- als auch Preloaded-Passcodes, die per SMS verschickt werden. Alternativ k\u00f6nnen auch kurzfristig g\u00fcltige Soft-Token Passcodes auf dem Smartphone generiert werden. Die App daf\u00fcr ist in den jeweiligen App-Stores verf\u00fcgbar und die selbst\u00e4ndige Einrichtung ist f\u00fcr Anwender kein Problem. Dank LDAP-Anbindung kann SecurICE<\/strong><\/a> innerhalb sehr kurzer Zeit<\/strong> ausgerollt werden. Besonders praktisch dabei: Da eine Notfallsituation in aller Regel tempor\u00e4r ist, spiegelt sich dies auch im Lizenzmodell von SecurICE 2-Faktor Authentifizierung f\u00fcr das Homeoffice wieder. Die Lizenzen sind 60 Tage<\/strong> innerhalb eines Jahres flexibel nutzbar und k\u00f6nnen bei Bedarf auch problemlos verl\u00e4ngert werden.<\/p>\n
