Die IT-Notfallkarte des BSI gibt konkrete Instruktionen<\/h2>\n

Genau f\u00fcr diese Zielgruppe hat das Bundesamt f\u00fcr Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (BSI) jetzt die neue IT-Notfallkarte zum \u201eVerhalten bei IT-Notf\u00e4llen\u201c<\/a> entwickelt. Das BSI m\u00f6chte damit zum einen generell zu mehr \u201eSecurity Awareness\u201c in Unternehmen beitragen, zum anderen Mitarbeiter aber auch ganz konkret unterst\u00fctzen, wenn Probleme auftauchen. So k\u00f6nnen auf der IT-Notfallkarte etwa gut sichtbar die Kontaktdaten des jeweiligen IT-Ansprechpartners innerhalb der Organisation oder bei einem Dienstleister vermerkt werden, so dass diese sofort verf\u00fcgbar sind \u2013 selbst dann, wenn nach einem Totalausfall \u00fcberhaupt nicht mehr auf die Systeme zugegriffen werden kann. Die Notfallkarte fasst au\u00dferdem zusammen, welche Informationen im ersten Schritt weitergegeben werden sollten, um schnelle Hilfe zu erm\u00f6glichen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden Benutzer dazu angehalten, die Arbeit am jeweiligen IT-System einzustellen, ihre Beobachtungen zu dokumentieren und konkrete Ma\u00dfnahmen nur nach gezielter Anweisung vorzunehmen.<\/p>\n

Gut also, wenn Mitarbeiter wissen, was im Falle eines Falles zu tun ist. Noch besser aber, wenn es gar nicht erst so weit kommt. Denn Schutz vor tats\u00e4chlichen Attacken bietet auch die beste Notfallkarte nat\u00fcrlich nicht. Hier kommen neben der konsequenten Sensibilisierung aller Mitarbeiter vielmehr technische Barrieren ins Spiel sowie L\u00f6sungen, die es der IT-Abteilung erm\u00f6glichen, Bedrohungen so fr\u00fchzeitig wie m\u00f6glich zu erkennen. Ein solcher Ansatz umfasst weit mehr, als nur den \u201eklassischen\u201c Malwareschutz in Form eines Anti-Viren-Scanners.<\/p>\n

Mit einem geeigneten Log-Management<\/a> etwa l\u00e4sst sich die riesige Flut an Daten, die IT-Systeme kontinuierlich in Form von Logdateien erzeugen, datenschutzkonform verwalten und analysieren. Auf diese Weise lassen sich Schwachstellen und Angriffsversuche in Kombination mit Funktionen f\u00fcr SIEM (Security Information und Event-Management) so fr\u00fch wie m\u00f6glich erkennen, was das Einleiten von Gegenma\u00dfnahmen erleichtert. Gute Idee: An zentralen Stellen im Unternehmen platziert, kann die IT-Notfallkarte des BSI im Ernstfall dazu beitragen, schnell die richtigen Schritte einzuleiten und fachkundige Mitarbeiter zu informieren. Auch dies kann ein weiterer Baustein daf\u00fcr sein, die Folgen von Cyber-Angriffen zumindest einzud\u00e4mmen. Umso wichtiger ist jedoch, es nach M\u00f6glichkeit gar nicht erst so weit kommen zu lassen. Dabei gilt es unserer Meinung nach, immer weiter \u00fcber den klassischen IT-Security-Horizont hinauszublicken. Mit dem passenden Mix aus pr\u00e4ventiven und forensischen Sicherheitsma\u00dfnahmen gelingt es, die Systeme deutlich widerstandsf\u00e4higer zu machen.
